FAQIs there an artwork fee for you to create artwork?
Artwork is always free at YourPromoPeople.com. Please contact us if we can help design your next promotional product!
Will I see a proof?
PDF proofs are e-mailed directly to you on every order before we proceed to production. Your card will not be charged before we recieved approval. Pre-production proofs are also available - cost will depend on the product.
Where do I send my art?
Art can be sent directly to the art department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are samples availabe?
Most of our samples can be sent out free of charge but there are times depending on the product when cost will be involved. Please contact us to with any requests or questions.
Can I get the product faster than the listed standard production?
Most of our products do have a rush available - please call 855-547-6667 to talk with a customer service rep so we can make sure to hit your in hands date!
Will I be charged tax?
Only residents of Indiana will be charged tax. If you are tax exempt please fax the exempt release form to 260-969-0568.
How will my order ship?
We ship per your instructions. Most domestic orders are shipped by either UPS or FedEx. By using either of these services we can properly track the packages and you will receive an emailed shipping notification with included tracking number.
After the order is placed, is it too late to cancel or change quantity?
As long as the product has not been printed you are able to cancel or change quantity, please contact a Customer Service Rep (855-547-6667) to help on either on these issues.
Can I order any quantity or only at the breaks shown?
You can order any quantity you would like. The quantity breaks are where the pricing breaks occur.
